Reservation Process

If you are at this stage, then it seems you're ready to book!   CNH Tours thanks you for your confidence.

Step 1.

Review Our Terms and Conditions

Step 2.

Complete your CNH Tours Booking Application

Once your CNH Tours Booking Form has been received, CNH Tours will issue your detailed invoice. 

It is critical that you take a moment to review each detail of your CNH Tours Invoice and advise us at your earliest convenience of any errors or omissions.

Your invoice will be accompanied by our:

• CNH Tours payment instructions,
• Voyage Guide, and
• Passenger Agreement.

All payments are due in US$. CNH Tours accepts wire transfers, US$ cheques, certified cheques and money orders, as well as VISA & Mastercard payments (a credit card transaction fee applies).

Once your deposit is received, CNH Tours will issue your receipt. It is at this point that your reservation is confirmed.

Step 3.

Provide Your Passport

Please scan and upload a copy of the picture page of your passport to your booking application. You will need to bring the original of this document with you when you travel. Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after your expected arrival into Ecuador.

Step 4.

Sign and Return Your Passenger Agreement

Enclosed with your invoice, you will find our CNH Tours Passenger Agreement. Please sign, date and return your CNH Tours Passenger Agreement. This is a condition of travel with CNH Tours.

Step 5.

Land Service Confirmation

Once your cruise reservations are confirmed, CNH Tours encourages you to confirm your land services at your earliest convenience.  We retain a land extensions expert on our team who is ready to assist you in confirming:

• Private land transfers
• Extra nights of accommodation near the airport or in the city of Quito or Guayaquil
• Private tours of the continent as per your specifications, as well as
• Reservations at lodges and haciendas on the continent.

For Galapagos-based land extensions, please ask for an introduction to our land services partner in the islands.  He will be delighted to assist you.

Step 6.

International Flights

Once all of your services are confirmed, CNH Tours encourages you to purchase your international return flight to Ecuador at your earliest convenience.  To ensure a smooth and relaxing trip, we recommend:

ARRIVING IN ECUADOR:  CNH Tours recommends arriving in Ecuador 2 days prior to your expected cruise departure date.  If you are travelling on our Breeze or Leisure Active Galapagos tour on the Samba, this cushion is built into your itinerary.  Arriving a bit earlier will reduce the chances of problems due to unexpected travel problems (e.g. snowstorms in the north, flight delays and cancellations, lost luggage, etc.).

LEAVING ECUADOR:  Flights from Galapagos back to the continent typically have you arriving on the continent by mid to late afternoon.   Keep this in mind when booking your flight back home - we recommend that you consider planning to depart from Ecuador the day after your expected return from Galapagos.  This is for your peace of mind. If you must depart for home on the day your Galapagos cruise ends, do plan to leave very late at night (in case of flight delays on your return to the continent).

Step 7.

Insure Your Trip

CNH Tours recognizes that this is an investment for you, and we believe in insuring your trip.  You will find our suggestions regarding trip insurance here.

Step 8.

Final Payment

Your balance due date (for the cost of your cruise, national flight to Galapagos, as well as any other tour elements you may have asked us to arrange for you) will be clearly indicated on both your CNH Tours Invoice for your tour balance.
