Payment Options

PLEASE NOTE: CNH Tours and Galapagos Travel are sister agencies operating under the same corporate identity and sharing a same bank account. 

 

CHEQUES: Most of our guests from the USA and Canada simply put a cheque in regular the mail.  It takes up to 10 business days for the cheques to make it to us.  

IF YOU SEND CHEQUES BY COURRIER:  In an effort to control money laundering, Canada Border Services may inspect packages sent by courrier.  Any cheque sent by courrier totalling more than CAD$10,000 (apx. US$7,400) needs to be accompanied by a "cross border currency or monetary instrument report".  DOWNLOAD THE CURRENCY REPORT FORM HERE.  Print the report, fill out the parts highlighted in yellow, and ensure it is attached to the courrier package/envelope. 

CREDIT CARD:  We accept payments by credit card (Visa / Mastercard only).  A 3.1% fee will be applied, covering the cost of credit card transactions.   If this is your preferred method of payment, please let us know and we will process the payment over the telephone.  

WIRE TRANSFER:  Usually requires a trip to the bank – but there are more internet-based wire payment platforms appearing that might allow you to do this from home.
