CNH Tours is committed to protecting your privacy. For this reason, we limit the information requests to the strict minimum.  In this regard, we ask only the following information:

1) that which is required by our service providers in Ecuador and in accordance with Ecuadorian law.

2) that which will allow us to stay in touch with our guests and contact their family in the event of an emergency.

Upon reception of your CNH Tours invoice and receipt, guests are urged to review the personal information details and to advise CNH Tours at his/her earliest convenience of any errors or omissions.

The information collected by CNH Tours will not be shared with a third party, beyond those directly involved in providing travel services to you during your trip with us.  Once your trip is over, this information will be archived with CNH Tours and will not be shared with any third party.   CNH Tours reserves to right to contact past guests via email or telephone for trip follow-up purposes, or for the eventual sharing of new travel destinations.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you.  Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, to Canada and to our service providers in Ecuador.

DATA RETENTION

When you request Galapagos or continental land service through CNH Tours, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 19 years.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
